Commit post to the blog/ directory following the existing style - 
essentially the first para is the title, simple HTML is okay.

commit, then as npemap on urchin, run
/srv/www/npemap.org.uk/scripts/content/build-blog

Note date of blog post will be as of the time the file was updated in the
working copy on urchin.
