Description
Import http://3lib.ukonline.co.uk/pocketinfo/data/postuk.csv into our database so we can list outwards we don't have by town.
I believe that:
- the data is free enough for us to use (it's offered on http://3lib.ukonline.co.uk/pocketinfo/travel_uk.html) and
- our use of it wouldn't pollute our database - it's equivalent to the geonames stuff in our use.
